Fiberglass Fabricator- (General Laborer) – 2 open position(s) available
Entry Level Position
Location: (Minden, LA)
- Ability to travel out of town/state as needed
- Current Driver license
- must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background
- available for after hours call outs
- provide own transportation to and from office/shop
- Fiberglass experience preferred but not required
- Dependable and on time
- Friendly, energetic, and motivated with the ability to take orders and works well with others
- must have a personal contact for call outs after hours
- Pay DOE
- Ability to read blue prints a plus
- Ability to be able to work in confined spaces as well as heights taller than 6′
- perform other responsibilities as needed
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Language:
- Communicate effectively both orally and in written form in English (required)

Skills
As long as you are okay with using power tools (i.e. saws, angle grinders, etc.) and can read a tape measure, your skills are up to par with what we’ll expect. On job training will be provided for any other skills required.
Skills for 3D modeler/blueprint designer: you should be familiar with 3D CAD software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and/or Blender. Proficiency in AutoCAD is also to be expected.
Teamwork
